Back Office Reports
Full suite of management reports which show the busy retailer his takings by each till, broken down over each tender type. Top selling and slow moving products are highlighted and the GP% shown be each product line or group. This module also reports the information, daily, weekly, by accounting or trading period. Figures are shown by month to date, year to date, and prior year. Unlimited history information can be stored.

Retail Purchase Ordering
This module has a supplier database which holds all the suppliers branch records, prices and item lines. The last cost paid is held per supplier, per line and delivery time. Each product can have multiple pack sizes held against each stock line. The conversion table converts this information from the buying unit into the selling unit size automatically. Suppliers purchase orders can be processed speedily by selecting the supplier and stock lines and entering the quantity and pack size required. Full delivery routine and invoice matching with automatic and deferred posting routines to the Sage Line 100 Purchase Ledger. The returns option allows the supplier performance to be monitored. Cost price selling price calculation for easy changing of selling prices can be carried out when the supplier's invoice is received. Full management reports, enquiries with drill down and status reporting.
