Support
Services MSD support both Sage Line 100 & MSD Modules. Our support
desk operates during normal office hours between 9.00 to 17.00 hours.
An answer phone service applies outside these hours. Support is carried
out over the telephone or via a dial up modem. On calling the MSD
Support Desk you will be asked to describe your problem to our Support
Desk Administrator.
When the details of your question have been noted a unique
Support Log Number will be allocated and you will be passed through
to one of our Support Technicians.
All calls
to the support desk are closely monitored. It is part of our Customer
Service Policy to clear your problem as soon as possible. We aim to
clear your questions within one working day. In the case of most questions
99% are cleared on the initial telephone call.
